Robin Jawanda is a Partner at Keystone Law Group. He practices in the areas of financial services, real estate, and wills and estates. 

Robin’s practice involves advising lenders and borrowers on a broad range of debt financing transactions, asset-based financings, and real estate financings. He also has experience in a wide array of corporate and commercial matters, including, acting for landlords, tenants, and clients on development, acquisitions, dispositions, and leasing. 

Robin’s practice also entails assisting clients with their estate planning and estate administration needs, including transferring wealth, incapacity, disability, wills, power of attorney, representation agreements, trusts, and probate.

Robin received his Bachelor of Arts from the University of British Columbia and his Juris Doctor from the University of Alberta, where he served in various executive roles including Vice President - Services of the Law Students’ Association. Prior to becoming a Partner at Keystone Law Group, Robin practiced in the commercial real estate and financing group at a leading national firm.
